Subject of Complaint :CHILD DVD COMPLAINT

Complaint Details : I ordered DVD hindi version of Little Krishna vide invoice no: MH-BOM1-135847041-27329 on 2nd JAN, 2014. But surpisingly i received the English version when I opened the Package. Further, to my utter shock & surprise same DVD was available for 149 on 6.2.14(only 4 days after i purchased it for Rs 263) . I am unable to lodge the complaint on amazon website and unable to find their customer care Number.
Its AMAZING that they have made purchasing process so easy and returning process or lodging complaint very cumbersome …. now my child want to have another DVD.
