Subject of Complaint :Router is connecteing to lumia but not in android

Complaint Details : I have MTNL adsl modem and its configured to my iball router on pc but its connecting only to lumia. It gets connected to android device but doesn’t work but it works on my lumia device. The configuration was done by the ISP officer.
