Complaint Details : Dear Sir,
We Maxim Peripherals P. Ltd. are regularly sending parcel last 2-3 years thru First Flight Courier.
We had booked a parcel containing 2 mini Printers vide courier First flight courier note no.B02200222228 on 09/04/201 from Goregaon, Mumbai for New Delhi. The said parcel was received by our Customer on 10/04, but only one Printer. The second printer was missing.
Now when we contacted Customer Service in Mumbai. They are not ready to listen to our complaint. They are continously telling us for the whole day on 11/04 and even today that their Server is down and we cannot tell you. when my Server is ok, we will come back.
Nobody is ready to take responsibility for the same nor trying to trace the parcel. Their only reply is we will revert back.
It is very surprising that for 2 days they could not locate whereabout of this missing printers. On the top of it Customer service people are very arrogantly talking with us. If this is a case, nobody would trust on First Flight courier nor we will trust and try in future to use First Flight service nor recommend to anybody.
In view of above, we request you to please look into the matter and reply to us by today itself, otherwise we will be forced to take the matter further.
