Complaint Details : i have purchased i videocon tv from RAG RANG ELECTRONICS, SINGRAULI, MP on Jan’10 (Model no CTVVFS215BA-CUS & SR.NO 89070901045824476), but since last week one of the part ( IC- MC11135PC310BG) has been not working, delivered for repair to dealer, dealer approaches to your service center Jabalpur but the part also not available there, dealer reply due to not available of that part unable to repair.
Is the service is like this, a TV’s life is only for three year, why the parts not available in your service center.
