Company / Product Name:Idea 3 g Broadband on iPad

State :Kerala
Complaint Details : I am using idea 3G on my iPad. Last friday, I recharged for 1 GB for 30 days for Rs 248. I used online recharge. It was not credited. When I called customer service, they informed me that I used the wrong amount for the sim and my money is lost.
I did not know there are dif plans for dif sims. Also the webpage says if not credited to my account, the money will be credited back in 8 days. How can I get my money back? If it is wrong recharge, why the system cannt identify as I am typing the phone number first into the system. When I type the phone number, why the system cannt direct me to the correct plan? Is it to confuse clients and get money without recharging account.
Why the customer service person cannt speak more politely with customers?
I use other service providers in and outside India, but this is my first experience.
Please advise. Thank you.
N.B. I recharged again today with Rs.107 for this number. Don’t get confused with that credit.
